Also at our disposal is the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) database of over 676,000 registered securities representatives. These professionals are located all over the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom. Over the years we have developed a network of many close relationships of people working in all aspects of the industry. These contacts include managers, bankers, bond attorneys, traders and sales people that you want to talk to as well as individuals in the news media, Industry Associations, and Public Officials. When we begin a search we start, not with just names from a directory, but with people we know in your industry. That way when we bring you Candidates, you can be sure that they will be the best that our industry has to offer.
FEE POLICY
Our fee is based upon the total first years compensation of base salary, any signing incentives and year-end bonus and is paid for by the hiring authority. We will invoice you for our services when the candidate commences employment. In the case of a salary and bonus, the full percentage on the base salary and any signing bonus will be due upon receipt, the percentage due on the annual bonus will be billed and due when the bonus is paid to the employee, generally at years end. We require a retainer explained in our fee agreement, which is a non-refundable good faith deposit. This not only assures us that you are ready to hire, but will also ensure you that a professional is working to solve your hiring requirements.
